My name is Maria 🙂 I love reading and language learning, which is what my blog is about. I am self-studying Japanese, and I like to read literary and horror fiction; however, you can find all kinds of books on my bookshelf!
My blog posts will contain reviews of language-learning resources, my personal recommendations and experiences. Most content will be focused on the Japanese language. However, I am also interested in Spanish, Latin, German, Korean, and Chinese, so I will be posting tips about general language learning as well.
Right now, I am fluent in three languages: Russian, Dutch, and English. You can always ask me questions about languages and resources. Let me know which resource I should try out and review for you 🙂
Language learning and reading are hobbies that I pursue in my spare time. In my daily life, I work part-time as a nurse, and I have two amazing children. In August 2023, I got my Master’s degree in Health Sciences, and in 2025, I finally finished the Master Philosophy, Bioethics and Health.
