Watching horror movies (and TV shows) has been one of my favorite forms of entertainment for as long as I can remember. Yes, I was one of those kids who was allowed to watch horror from an early age (I turned out fine, I guess).
Horror, compared to other genres, often suffers from a negative attitude towards it. However, I think it has just as much (maybe even more) to offer as any other genre in the film industry. Horror can be divided into different subgenres and tropes; here I present all the subgenres and the movies that I have watched from these subgenres.
